Before You Order

Shipping of Online Order
If you have chosen the “shipping” option for your online order, you will receive an order placement confirmation email. Once your order is processed by a store clerk you will receive an order completed e-mail with the Canpar tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order. The Ottawa Goodtime Centre offers free shipping for orders over $100.00 before applicable taxes.
In-Store Pick-Up of Online Orders
If you have chosen the “in-store pick up” option for your online order, you will receive an order placement confirmation email. Once your order is processes, you will receive an order completed e-mail followed by a phone call letting you know your order is ready for pick up.
Change in your Order Status
Although we monitor our inventory and sizing closely, occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items/sizes. If we don't have an item that you have ordered in stock, we will notify you by email or a phone call and your purchase will be cancelled and refunded in full, or, we will give you an estimate on the time it will take to get your product back in stock.
Returns / Exchanges
Items must be returned or exchanged within 14 days if picked up in-store, and within 21 days of the shipping date for a full refund, exchange or store credit. All items must show NO signs of wear, be in original packaging and must have all tags attached. Costs associated with you returning your purchase are your responsibility; packages shipped COD will be rejected. Please Use the Following Address for Returns: Ottawa Goodtime Centre Online Orders 450 West Hunt Club Road Ottawa Ontario K2E1B2 To ensure your refund is processed in a timely fashion when you are returning an item, ensure you include the original receipt that was included in your package and the reason for your return. After shipping your item, we encourage you to send an e-mail to marketing@ottawagoodtime.com with a tracking number, when applicable, as this will also help us to process your refund more quickly. Once your product has been received and processed by the Ottawa Goodtime Centre (usually within 48 hours of receipt), your refund will be credited back to the card used to make the payment.
Return Exclusions
No returns or exchanges on helmets: as they are considered a safety item and therefore are not returnable. No returns or exchanges on communication systems, electrical and carburetor parts.
Price Adjustments
We do not offer price adjustments at this time.

Payments & Taxes

Tax Policy
Tax charges are based on applicable federal, provincial and harmonized sales tax rates based on the delivery address. Where required, sales tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges.
Tax Exempt Policy
Tax-exempt purchases: If you're making a purchase for a tax-exempt organization or you're an individual who qualifies for a tax exemption, contact us. To ensure compliance with tax laws, we must receive completed forms and verify the information before a purchase can be placed.
