Title: Senior Service Technician
Kelly has over 20 years of experience as a leading technician in the industry, with just as many awards under his belt for his riding skills as his service work. An advocate of proper riding gear and as an Elite Play Rider, Kelly only wears Arai helmets and has the crash stories to prove why. He is not only a leader in service technician standards in our shop but a leader in service technician standards for the industry.

Steve rides a Z750, and loves touring on his bike. He's taken his bike on long-distance trips including rides out to PEI and Vancouver, covering both coasts! You may have seen Steve racing - behind a horse - in a driver cart at the Rideau Carleton Raceway!

Even at this young age the cheesy grin on his face was an early indication of his love of powersports. Licenced in 1986, Andy has been working at several shops across Eastern Ontario and has worked on almost every brand of ATV, Motorcycle, PWC, & snowmobile. On weekends Andy is busy enjoying his family or playing his guitar.

Mike obtained his Ontario and Inter-Provincial Certification as a Motorcycle Technician in May, 2004 and joined the OGC family in September 2007. He is a certified BMW Technician, having taken training at the BMW Service Schools, in both California and Florida. Mike is also a proud member of the BMW Motorrad USA Service Organization. In his spare time, Mike enjoys many other motorless activities such as downhill mountain biking and snowboarding.

Jake grew up in St. Mary's, Ontario and quickly got interested in motorcycles by racing in the Southwestern Ontario Amateur Class. He started in mechanics by building and prepping cars for demolition derbies and quickly moved onto include motorcycle maintenance becoming a licenced technician in 2003.

On the sales floor, customer service is number one with Pat. As head of our Financing Department she has a way with numbers and smiles. Pat was late bloomer to riding and didn't start riding till she was 46, you're never to old to start riding. Riding a super retro Kawasaki 650, she knows all about lowering and setting up a bike to fit just right, so if you are a bit smaller in height or need something a bit out of the usual, Pat is the one to see.

Part-time parts specialist, full time Shipping & receiving Greg has been riding motorcycles for over 2 decades. Currently on the road with his Yamaha V-Max, you can see Greg at many of the area's organized rides and rallies such as Ride for Dad and the Sudbury Freedom Rally.

After completing the Parts Technician course in 2007, Joel joined the Ottawa Goodtime Centre team, working closely with Parts Manager Bruce. He started off with driving a XL250, RZ350, Polaris Explorer, YFZ450, and a TRX450r and then he decided he needed the biggest baddest machine--a 2010 Brute Force 750--to explore the Larose Forest to see how deep he can actually go! In his spare time he can also be found cruising on a Vulcan 900 custom SE.

On 2 wheels since he learned to walk, Jason currently dabbles in track days even qualifying for Nationals in the Superbike races. He has won countless sales awards and seen many of our customers turn into loyal friends after taking their kids to the track or delivering a snowblower after hours. He spends more time at the store than anywhere else and is truly passionate about being a part of the family business.

Joining the OGC family in 2002 as our main Accounts Receivable person, Mary has grown with the new store. Mary assists our vast customer clientele as the administrative backbone to the warranty department – growing from her background in Accounting and Administration. After being in our warranty department for a little over a year, Mary has come to understand exactly why our Service Department is so well known, the amazing technicians have empowered her with more knowledge than she ever thought possible!
