Bryan and Zoi have turned what was once a small scale garage into the city’s largest and longest running multi brand dealership. Employing staff and serving Ottawa riders for over 4 decades, this couple are truly dedicated to representing the motorcycle industry in the Ottawa area.

SALES DEPARTMENT

Jason Thoms

Sales Manager


If it goes fast, chances are Jason has rode it, jumped it, or raced it. On 2 wheels since he learned to walk, Jason currently dabbles in track days even qualifying for Nationals in the Superbike races. He has won countless sales awards and seen many of our customers turn into loyal friends after taking their kids to the track or delivering a snowblower after hours. He spends more time at the store than anywhere else and is truly passionate about being a part of the family business.

Pat Jones

Financial Services



On the sales floor, a proud owner of a new highly option Vulcan 650, Pat Jones always puts customer service first. As head of our Financing Department she has a way with numbers and smiles. Pat was late bloomer to riding and didn’t start riding till she was 46, you’re never to old to start riding. Having moved on from her super retro Kawasaki 650 to the new Vulcan 650, she knows all about lowering and setting up a bike to fit just right, so if you are a bit smaller in height or need something a bit out of the usual, Pat is the one to see.

Skylar Zanth

Sales Associate


Riding a Triumph Daytona 675R, Skyler is proud to take care of his customers with finding the perfect motorcycle for them. Starting with us in 2015 he has learned the industry in and out and if you need to know anything he is the person to see on the sales floor! When he’s not working or riding you can find Skyler hiking in the Gatineau Hills with his dog Ellie.

Terry McAuley

Whether it’s on 2 wheels ripping some back roads or on a tour bus overseas with his band, Terry is always on the move. With a passion for customization, you’ll find him wrenching parts on and off his big twin cruiser almost on a weekly basis. Joining the OGC Sales Department in winter 2016, he brings his wealth of customer focused service to the team. Eager to assist new riders with their first purchase or seasoned vets adding to their collection.

Etienne Lafleche

Sales Associate


Etienne has been riding for over 17 years, from dirt bikes to road bikes. His life is all about motorcycles with a big focus on racing. He loves being surrounded by motorcycle addicts like himself at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre!

Kevin Wood

Sales Associate


Stop by the accessories department on the second floor and say hi to Kevin. A friendly personality determined to get you fitted with the best gear to keep you riding in style. See him on the streets riding his Yamaha XSR900. After work you can find him tending to his coral aquariums and spending time with his wife and kids.

Denis Simard

Service Manager


Denis, an Ottawa native, has been riding since 16 years old, and most recently rode the Alaskan highway. He brings 25+ years of working in the automotive and outdoor power equipment industry to the team.

John Campbell

Warranties



Having travelled to over 40 countries, John lives the life of a rockstar. When he is back home in Ottawa John, an avid dirt bike enthusiast, can be found in our service department handling warranty related requests and is a recognizable face after 5+ years with OGC.

Olivia Plumton

Shop Foreman



Olivia has been in the motorcycle industry for 4 years and is a graduate of the Motorcycle and Powersports program at Centennial College. Her current ride of choice is a Honda CBR500R. In her spare time she enjoys customizing her bike, going to the gym, and, longterm, she would like to get her red seal. Look for Olivia at the service counter. She will be happy to help you out!

Kelly Gauvin

Senior Service Technician


Kelly has over 20 years of experience as a leading technician in the industry, with just as many awards under his belt for his riding skills as his service work. An advocate of proper riding gear and as an Elite Play Rider, Kelly only wears Arai helmets and has the crash stories to prove why. He is not only a leader in service technician standards in our shop but a leader in service technician standards for the industry.

James Baker

Service Technician


Although James has been racing motocross for the past 6 years on his KX125, he has not limited his motorcycle knowledge to just dirt. Factory trained by Ducati in Italy, he now lends the majority of his technician experience working on Triumphs.

Lucas Morrison

Technician Apprentice


Because of his genuine interest in both technology and mechanics, Lucas decided to get into motorcycles because it is the best of both worlds. He grew up on a farm but came to the city to prove he can fix anything! When he is not at work, he plays hockey and softball plus he rides and enjoys classic bikes, namely his own, a 1985 nighthawk 550. Most of all, he loves snowmobiling!

Jake Thompson

Service Technician


Jake grew up in St. Mary’s, Ontario and quickly got interested in motorcycles by racing in the Southwestern Ontario Amateur Class. He started in mechanics by building and prepping cars for demolition derbies and quickly moved onto include motorcycle maintenance becoming a licenced technician in 2003.

Andy Tetreault

Powersports Technician


Even at this young age the cheesy grin on his face was an early indication of his love of powersports. Licenced in 1986, Andy has been working at several shops across Eastern Ontario and has worked on almost every brand of ATV, Motorcycle, PWC, & snowmobile. On weekends Andy is busy enjoying his family or playing his guitar.

Mike Haggart

Service Technician



Mike has a great interest in sport bikes and anything that goes fast! In his free time he enjoys doing track days with his Kawasaki ZX6R and traveling across Canada sharing his technician skills with the Parts Canada Superbike Series.

Kyle Delahunt

Service Technician


Kyle has a huge passion for motorcycles. He started at a young age and bought his first bike at 18 from the Goodtime Centre. From there he did his training in northern Alberta, and is now working on getting his full license and his dream coming true.

Richard Prendergast

Service Writer


Richard has been in the auto industry for over forty years as a service writer and customer service. In the summer if he’s not behind the service counter you would mostly likely find him out on the gold course!

Daniel Declare

Driver



Daniel, an Ottawa Senators Fan, has taken on the all-important position of driver at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre. His interest in motorcycles stems from his background as a service assistant and from his passion for dirt bikes. He is the proud owner of a 2012 YZ 250 but one day hopes to own a flashy 1000CC bike.

Michelle has been around motorcycles since before she moved to Ottawa in 1995 from Nova Scotia. When going out to play with her family on their toys, she makes sure they’re geared properly because to her safety is #1!

Pamela Dalgleish

Pamela Dalgleish, born and raised in Kemptville, now lives in South Mountain with her 2 boys, ages 7 and 9. In her spare time she likes to take her Ninja ZZR-250 out to Calabogie with her boyfriend or go to the family home in Madawaska where she can hit the back country on 4 wheels!

Isaac is on Ottawa native and currently attends Algonquin College pursuing a career in medicine.

Peter Watt

An employee of OGC since July of 2015, Peter is an aspiring engineering student with a passion for motorcycles. After getting a start on his dad’s bikes, he soon acquired his own, which he works on regularly, a 1986 Ninja 1000R. He is difficult to miss standing 6’5” tall so your sure to recognize him in the accessories department!

Adam Lawson

When he is not at work, Adam enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and playing football. Although he did ride a motorcycle for a few years, he is working through a Psychology degree in school and has put his passion on hold. When he does get a chance to ride again, he would love to be on a BMW F800GS!

PARTS DEPARTMENT

Bruce

Parts Manager


Bruce, the prowd owner of Kawasaki’s hottest bike, the H2, is our parts manager and has been with Ottawa Goodtime Center since he started in the spring of 1978. If your looking for information regarding parts he’s the number 1# person to talk as few know more then he does. Also Bruce is a cheerful, friendly and sensitive man, who enjoys long walks on beaches. He is also often heard expressing his wish of being a weiner of the oscar meyer variety.

Joel Aubin

Parts Manager right-hand man


After completing the Parts Technician course in 2007, Joel joined the Ottawa Goodtime Centre team, working closely with Parts Manager Bruce. He started off with driving a XL250, RZ350, Polaris Explorer, YFZ450, and a TRX450r and then he decided he needed the biggest baddest machine–a 2010 Brute Force 750–to explore the Larose Forest to see how deep he can actually go! In his spare time he can also be found cruising on a Vulcan 900 custom SE.

Greg Steinke

Shipping/Receiving & Parts Specialist



Part-time parts specialist, full time Shipping & receiving Greg has been riding motorcycles for over 2 decades. Currently on the road with his Yamaha V-Max, you can see Greg at many of the area’s organized rides and rallies such as Ride for Dad and the Sudbury Freedom Rally.

Leslie

Parts


Leslie has been riding since his early teens. He started with dirt bikes and transitioned to street bikes but is still riding both dirt and street bikes. “I enjoy all things Moto. At some point all bikes require parts and that’s where we come in!

OFFICE STAFF

Randy Ellison

Special Projects Manager


Randy has been riding for over 30 years and continues to love being on the road. He is currently happy riding to work on his vintage ’87 Kawasaki ZN 750F1. As Office Manger Randy handles the paperwork on every bike that comes in and goes out of our doors. He is the oil that makes our daily operations run smoothly.

Mary Nowak

Office Administrator


Mary started with the Goodtime Centre back in 2002 in the office in Administration, due to her strong organizational skills I was moved to Service Department and took on warranty and assisting the department where needed. She calls the Goodtime Centre her second home and she says there’s never a dull day here.

Chris Gordon

Office Manager


After growing up in Ottawa, Chris moved away for seven years but recently returned and landed at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre siting the family atmosphere and a passion for motorcycles as reasons for his career choice. His wife and two kids enjoy baseball, bowling, and hanging out together. One fun fact about Chris is that he used to be a dog trainer!

Rolando Bacalen

Facilities Supervisor



Ronaldo grew up in the Philippines playing baseball and riding yamaha motorcycles and has only lived in Ottawa since 2015. With 5 kids, he has a busy life, but looks forward to catching a Raptors game when he can. He enjoys working at the Goodtime Centre because of the great work atmosphere & fantastic customers.

Andrew Harris

Social Media / Web


Andrew has been with the Goodtime Centre since 2014 and is know as the “Internet Guy” around the store. When it comes to social media, website management, and design work he does it all! And occasionally fixes the odd computer here and there.
