Bryan and Zoi have turned what was once a small scale garage into the city’s largest and longest running multi brand dealership. Employing staff and serving Ottawa riders for over 4 decades, this couple are truly dedicated to representing the motorcycle industry in the Ottawa area.

Jason Thoms

Sales Manager

If it goes fast, chances are Jason has rode it, jumped it, or raced it. On 2 wheels since he learned to walk, Jason currently dabbles in track days even qualifying for Nationals in the Superbike races. He has won countless sales awards and seen many of our customers turn into loyal friends after taking their kids to the track or delivering a snowblower after hours. He spends more time at the store than anywhere else and is truly passionate about being a part of the family business.

Pat Jones

Financial Services

On the sales floor, a proud owner of a new highly option Vulcan 650, Pat Jones always puts customer service first. As head of our Financing Department she has a way with numbers and smiles. Pat was late bloomer to riding and didn’t start riding till she was 46, you’re never to old to start riding. Having moved on from her super retro Kawasaki 650 to the new Vulcan 650, she knows all about lowering and setting up a bike to fit just right, so if you are a bit smaller in height or need something a bit out of the usual, Pat is the one to see.

Skyler Zanth

Sales Associate

Riding a Triumph Daytona 675R, Skyler is proud to take care of his customers with finding the perfect motorcycle for them. Starting with us in 2015 he has learned the industry in and out and if you need to know anything he is the person to see on the sales floor! When he’s not working or riding you can find Skyler hiking in the Gatineau Hills with his dog Ellie.

Kevin Wood

Sales Associate

Stop by the sales floor and say hi to Kevin. A friendly personality determined to get you on the right bike that fits your riding style. See him on the streets riding his Yamaha XSR900. After work you can find him tending to his coral aquariums and spending time with his wife and kids.

Allison Sandeman

Financial Services

Allison has been in financing for over 11 years and has come to us from Winnipeg, Manitoba. She has been a part of the moto community ever since moving to Ontario. In her spare time, Allison loves to hang out with her Boxer. Her favourite part about working at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre is the atmosphere and being able to help clients bring home their perfect bike.


Johnny Spinelli

Service Manager

Johnny has 15+ years in track riding and racing motorcycles, and has worked in service for over 9 years. On his spare time, Johnny enjoys cooking, exercise, hockey and spending quality time with his family. His favourite part about working at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre is the amazing clients and the family-like atmosphere.

Pamela Dalgleish

Service Advisor

Pam has been with the Goodtime Centre for 5 years, starting in accessories and moving to service in 2017. She enjoys riding her Ninja 300 on weekends in the summer and her Arctic Cat in the winter. Pam loves helping customer’s get on the road and stay on the road. In her spare time she also enjoys cooking, baking and spending time with her family.

Andy Tetreault

Powersports Technician

Even at this young age the cheesy grin on his face was an early indication of his love of powersports. Licenced in 1986, Andy has been working at several shops across Eastern Ontario and has worked on almost every brand of ATV, Motorcycle, PWC, & snowmobile. On weekends Andy is busy enjoying his family or playing his guitar.

Mike Haggart

Service Technician

Mike has a great interest in sport bikes and anything that goes fast! In his free time he enjoys doing track days with his Kawasaki ZX6R and traveling across Canada sharing his technician skills with the Parts Canada Superbike Series.

Kelly Gauvin

Senior Service Technician

Kelly has over 20 years of experience as a leading technician in the industry, with just as many awards under his belt for his riding skills as his service work. An advocate of proper riding gear and as an Elite Play Rider, Kelly only wears Arai helmets and has the crash stories to prove why. He is not only a leader in service technician standards in our shop but a leader in service technician standards for the industry.

Lucas Morrison

Service Technician

Because of his genuine interest in both technology and mechanics, Lucas decided to get into motorcycles because it is the best of both worlds. He grew up on a farm but came to the city to prove he can fix anything! When he is not at work, he plays hockey and softball plus he rides and enjoys classic bikes, namely his own, a 1985 nighthawk 550. Most of all, he loves snowmobiling!

Jake Thompson

Service Technician

Jake grew up in St. Mary’s, Ontario and quickly got interested in motorcycles by racing in the Southwestern Ontario Amateur Class. He started in mechanics by building and prepping cars for demolition derbies and quickly moved onto include motorcycle maintenance becoming a licenced technician in 2003.

Ryan Gill

Service Technician

Ryan started riding at the young age of 6, and decided to go into his apprenticeship at 19. When he’s not out riding his motorcycle, Ryan also enjoys volleyball, traveling, beekeeping and making maple syrup. His favourite part about working with us is being around motorcycles all day, and working with great staff!

Zachary Klym

Service Advisor

Zachary was born and raised in Russell, Ontario, and has just recently joined our service team. His cousin is a Harley technician and inspired him to get into riding. Zachary also loves spending time video gaming, as much as he loves spending time outdoors long-boarding, hiking and camping. His favourite part about working at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre so far is working with the best customers in Ottawa!

Thomas Crawford

Service Assistant

Tom is an Ottawa local who raced motorcycles for 10 years and enjoys re-storing old bikes. He also enjoys guitar, golf, farming and raising ducks and other animals. His favourite part about working at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre is working amongst the awesome co-workers.

Callum Matthewson

Technician Apprentice

Callum started riding motorcycles 2 years ago, so far owning a Ninja 300, Yamaha R6 & Honday CRF250L. Besides his passion for riding, Callum also loves piano, swimming, reading, sports and hanging with his dog. It has been Callum’s dream job to be surrounded by motorcycles all day!


Michelle Aulenback

Accessories Manager

Michelle has been around motorcycles since before she moved to Ottawa in 1995 from Nova Scotia. When going out to play with her family on their toys, she makes sure they’re geared properly because to her safety is #1!

Diane Desnoyers

Accessories Manager

Diane grew up right here in Ottawa, and although she currently doesn’t ride, watching from the sidelines through family and friends has shown her the true passion & pure joy of riding. When she is not busy with her family, Diane also enjoys a challenging game of golf. What Diane loves most about working in our accessories department is knowing that she is helping every day riders smile.

Alex Foster


Alex is a local to Ottawa and has just recently joined our team! She is currently riding as a passenger, but hopes to own her own Ducati one day. When Alex is not at work, she enjoys photography and going on adventures, as well as different sports like football, hockey & soccer. What Alex likes most about working with us is interacting with our customers and hearing all of their stories!

Shayne McCrindle


Shayne has been riding for 2 years and is currently on a 2006 DR-Z400SM. He has recently joined our accessories team and enjoys working in the motorcycle industry, and getting to talk with others with the same passion. When Shayne’s not busy at work, he also likes playing a good game of rugby.

Hunter Creemer


Hunter grew up riding dirt bikes as a kid. He also enjoys hiking, skateboarding, movies and video games… but most of all hanging with his dog. Originally from Hamilton, Ontario, we are excited Hunter has joined our team at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre.

Alex Tarrasco


Alex has 10 years of experience riding dirt bikes, including basic maintenance and an additional MSF course. Along with working in the motorcycle industry, he also enjoys photography, mountain biking, paintball hockey and rugby. If you need help with your next motorcycle gear purchase, Alex is ready to help you out!



Parts Manager

Bruce, the prowd owner of Kawasaki’s hottest bike, the H2, is our parts manager and has been with Ottawa Goodtime Centre since he started in the spring of 1978. If you’re looking for information regarding parts, he’s the number 1# person to talk as few know more than he does. Bruce is a cheerful, friendly and sensitive man, who enjoys long walks on beaches. He is also often heard expressing his wish of being a weiner of the oscar meyer variety.

Joel Aubin

Parts Manager right-hand man

After completing the Parts Technician course in 2007, Joel joined the Ottawa Goodtime Centre team, working closely with Parts Manager Bruce. He started off with driving a XL250, RZ350, Polaris Explorer, YFZ450, and a TRX450r and then he decided he needed the biggest baddest machine–a 2010 Brute Force 750–to explore the Larose Forest to see how deep he can actually go! In his spare time he can also be found cruising on a Vulcan 900 custom SE.

Greg Steinke

Shipping/Receiving & Parts Specialist

Part-time parts specialist, full time Shipping & receiving Greg has been riding motorcycles for over 2 decades. Currently on the road with his Yamaha V-Max, you can see Greg at many of the area’s organized rides and rallies such as Ride for Dad and the Sudbury Freedom Rally.

Patrick Drezler


Patrick comes to us from Tampa Florida, where he first started riding a Baja 125cc. He has a fascination for mechanics, and also enjoys fishing, dirt biking & hiking. What Patrick enjoys most about working at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre is being able to see the new products always coming out. Come say hi to Patrick upstairs behind the parts counter!


Chris Gordon

Office Manager

After growing up in Ottawa, Chris moved away for seven years but recently returned and landed at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre citing the family atmosphere and a passion for motorcycles as reasons for his career choice. His wife and two kids enjoy baseball, bowling, and hanging out together.

Nicki Illemann


Catch Nicki riding in on her Ninja, rain or shine, she loves her bike! Previously living in Toronto, Nicki joined our team in accounting last year and we are lucky to have her. Nicki also has a huge interest in music and is a dog-lover, so make sure you come say hi if you bring in your pooch!

Erica East


Erica was born and raised in the south end of Ottawa where she grew up riding dirtbikes and ATV’s. In her spare time she enjoys outdoor activities and going up to the cottage to ride the trails. Erica is in charge of all things marketing at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre. If you have any inquiries, give her a shout!

Jarell Rey Bucalen

Building Maintenance

Jarell grew up in Tabuk, Kalinga in the Philippines, where he rode a Yamaha DT 125 dirtbike in his spare time. He also loves various sports including badminton, volleyball, baseball and taekwondo. Jarell’s favourite part about working at the Ottawa Goodtime Centre is all the exercise he gets while taking care of our store!
