The Street Triple R has all-new bodywork to give a distinct, aggressive and contemporary style. Updates include flyscreen, air intake, side panels and rear unit.
Bringing greater rider comfort and reassuring control, the slip and assist clutch introduces a light clutch action to reduce lever effort. The slip action reduces wheel hop and chatter, should heavy braking be required.
The three riding modes (Road, Rain, and Sport) deliver extra control by altering throttle response and traction control settings to suit the riding style.
The R model’s suspension set-up includes Showa upside-down Separate Function Big Piston Forks with 115mm front wheel travel, and Showa piggyback reservoir monoshock rear suspension with 131mm rear wheel travel.
