  • More power, more joy

Pure riding pleasure on every route. The new parallel-twin engine of the F 800 GS offers more peak power with an improved torque curve. Thanks to the optimised power curve, the F 800 GS reaches its peak power of 64 kW (87 hp) at 6,750 rpm earlier, with a simultaneously increased maximum torque curve of 91 Nm at 6,750 rpm.

  • Dynamic ESA for a safe riding feel

Dynamic ESA adjusts the damping of the suspension automatically to the conditions: for improved contact between the tyres and the ground. It also enables the electronic adjustment of the spring preload of the suspension strut – with not a single tool required.

  • ABS Pro and DTC as standard

ABS Pro allows the rider to keep control over the bike when braking around bends. Dynamic Traction Control (DTC) prevents the rear wheel from spinning during changing grip conditions, thus providing added stability.

  • Hand protectors as standard

The hand protectors made of impact-resistant and UV-resistant plastic also protect the operating elements from branches and stone chips in open country. On the road, hands and fingers stay dry and warm longer, even in low temperatures, thanks to the protectors shielding them from wind and weather.

  • More power with the USB port as standard

Located on the right in the cockpit, ensuring that your smartphone remains charged and that you have access to your music and contacts at all times.

  • Case carrier for attaching Vario cases

You can attach the Vario cases easily and securely to the visually appealing case holders. When the cases are not mounted, the discreet holders are hardly noticeable.

  • TFT display with Connectivity and multi-controller operation as standard

Connect your smartphone to the bike via Bluetooth and keep an eye on vehicle information, navigation, telephony and media with the 6.5-inch TFT display. You can control all functions intuitively via the multi-controller.

  • Grip heating with multi-level control

Cold hands are a thing of the past. The electrically-heated grips provide multi-level control. They improve comfort and safety, because with warm hands and more feeling in your fingers, your bike is simply easier to control. The grip heating is conveniently operated via a multifunction switch on the handlebars.

  • Expanded seat variety

The "extra low" seat improves the handling and control of the bike, even for shorter riders.
